The benefits of Moms' groups are numerous and often overlooked. Some of the most important benefits are simply the emotional strength provided by having a support system. Joining a mother's group also has many great incentives with rewards that will last a lifetime. It can be difficult for new moms to find a network of confidants after dividing time between home, the many hat's we wear, partner and child. Below you will find mother's groups throughout the greater Seacoast.
If you have a Mothers' and/or Support Group* you'd like to add to this page (free) please email: angie@newmothersresourceguide.org

"Motherhood brings as much joy as ever, but it still brings boredom, exhaustion, and sorrow too. Nothing else ever will make you as happy or as sad, as proud or as tired, for nothing is quite as hard as helping a person develop his own individuality especially while you struggle to keep your own." -Marguerite Kelly and Elia Parsons
